What an incredible day we had at MyLife Kent’s very first Open Day! 🎉 The event, hosted at Orchard House, was a fantastic opportunity to meet our local community, share our care services, and celebrate everything we do to support independent living at home.
The day was filled with lively conversations over coffee, tea, snacks, and of course, the highlight of the day—our team’s homemade brownies! 😋 With a warm and friendly atmosphere, it was a chance for visitors to ask questions, learn more about the wide range of services we offer, and connect with our amazing team.
From Home Care to Dementia Support, we showcased how we’re dedicated to making life easier for you or your loved ones. Our open day provided a first-hand look into how we tailor our services to meet each individual’s unique needs, helping them live independently with dignity and care.
One of the highlights of the day was having our lovely client, Nicola Goodburn, join us at the event. It was especially meaningful because, as Nicola’s friend Jean Scotford mentioned, this was a big step for her. Jean shared,
“Nicola enjoyed coming today; she liked you, and she said Ryan was a nice chap. So pleased she went—she would have never come 12 weeks ago when she was drinking.”
This is a testament to Nicola’s incredible progress, and we are so proud to have played a part in her journey.
Be sure to stay connected with us on social media for updates on the date and details of our Christmas Open Day. Whether you’re looking for home care support, or simply want to drop by for a chat and a sweet treat, we can’t wait to welcome you!
Thank you to everyone who made our first Open Day so special, and we look forward to seeing you again soon! 🎄❤️
